Christmas cookie recipe4 Peanut Butter Balls

1/2 cup peanut butter you can use either smooth or crunchy depending on what your taste.

1/4 cup of honey

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup rice crispy cereal

1/2 cup shredded coconut

Mix together peanut butter, date sugar and honey. Fold in cup rice crispy cereal. Form into walnut size balls and roll in shredded coconut to coat. Chill for about 2 hours and eat.
