About UsAbout us the authors of this site J.Maier is a person that had experience of growing in Northing Ohio where there are many wineries that produce a variety of wines. Every year there was a calibration of the harvest of the grapes by many of the local towns. During these calibrations there was many wines and foods to same which is are similar to other events that we all have had a chance to enjoy the combating of Wine with food which is where many of us learn of the paring of the two things together to enhance the meal. The goal of the others is to help others share this experience and to help educate them about the pleases of properly mixing of wine with food. Wine food matching does its best to provide information that is helpful and can used to help enjoy a meal with wine.
